Satellite Office - Haus Gryffenberg - Bahnhofstraße简介

It is one of the most exclusive addresses in the world: Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. We opened our first Swiss Business Center here in early 2016. It is located between Paradeplatz and Bürkliplatz at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in the historic "Gryffenberg" building. Three floors in the heart of the Swiss metropolis.

The listed house "Gryffenberg" was built in 1883-1885 in the style of the German late Renaissance by a pupil of Gottfried Semper - architect Albert Müller. In recent years, the property has been renovated at enormous expense by the architectural office of Spühler Partner. The aim of the developers was to preserve and refurbish the historical stock. On the other hand, they also wanted to transfer the property into the 21st century in order to meet contemporary usage requirements. Highlights are the offices with bay windows and a sensational view of Lake Zurich, as well as the spacious roof terrace with a fantastic view of Zurich, Lake Zurich and the mountains.

The exposed location in the Bahnhofstrasse speaks for itself. Alongside Dolce & Gabbana in its own building, luxury boutiques of the major fashion labels, top-class jewellers, places of interest and famous cafés and hotels are lined up next to each other. The Fraumünster Church with its world-famous stained glass windows by Marc Chagall and Augusto Giacometti, the Cabaret Voltaire, the renowned restaurants Kronenhalle and Metropol as well as the Grand Hotel "Baur au Lac" are right across the street. The headquarters of Credit Suisse, UBS and the Swiss National Bank are just a few minutes' walk away.

With the tram right in front of the door, the main station is 8 minutes away and the airport is another 15 minutes away.
